The Rosati Partnership Program is a step beyond leasing. Working with our design, legal, and finance departments, customers are able to design and lease buildings to their exact specifications. Once the building is designed, the partnership program begins. With a Rosati Building Partnership, you will have all of our over 50 years of expertise in leasing, development, and customer service at your disposal if any issues were to arise in your new building. Once the partnership is established, our in-house corporate counsel is proficient at creating a lease to suit a customer’s needs, even including an option to purchase if desired. This allows companies to use funds to their best advantage in the short term and to invest in the building at a later date.
A full array of services is available from our Design-Build Program including concept sketches, budget prices, engineered drawings, full on-site construction services, interior decorating and complete job cost accounting. Simultaneous design and construction leads to faster approvals and project completion. Our team works with our field-proven construction techniques to provide and design fast-track construction solutions. From concept to completion, The Rosati Group has uniquely positioned itself in all aspects of the market. We are truly a full design and build contractor.
Rosati has a well established reputation in specialized fast-track Design-Build Services, focusing on industrial and commercial projects. Our most visible areas of concentration are manufacturing plants, tool and die shops and warehousing facilities. We are selected often because of our solid reputation for very quickly delivering a high-quality structure within budget and ahead of schedule.
Our in house real estate and legal departments allow us to provide a true one source responsibility for all developments and leasing projects. By having the two resources in house, the Rosati Group can add tremendous strategic value to your next project. Our in-house corporate counsel adds a new dimension to every decision made by our development team, and ensures that the long term, best solutions are always considered. By having both an in-house legal and real estate team, we can handle every aspect of your next development by being able to have complete control over deadlines, deals, and every detail of the project from start to finish.
